Description

An orange glaze flecked with herbs providing the warm spicy flavours of the tandoor with a hint of lemon, this glaze works particulaly well with chicken and pork. For an Indian delight try adding 10% to chicken thighs and drumstcks Or as the phoyograph shows Indian Spears - inner fillets coated with 10% Tandoori Glaze. Tandoori glaze can be added to yoghurt for a liquid marinade 50:50 and marinade overnight.
